The cozy balcony is a great place to soak up the sun from early morning to late afternoon, and pets are allowed at owner's discretion. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Located in the popular Amsterdam neighborhood Oud-West, this apartment is suitable for one or two people. A stone's throw from the Vondelpark (650 meters), the Foodhallen, Leidseplein, trendy bars / restaurants, regular and organic supermarkets, trendy clothing stores and public transport. You can even walk to the Jordaan and the city center, and tram 7 and 17 stop just around the corner. The Jan Pieter Heijenstraat is a nearby hotspot street, with restaurants, bars, clothing stores, furniture stores, organic and Mediterranean supermarkets.
